Eli Review’s website had grown bloated over time, with over 100 public-facing pages and many more unpublished drafts. Navigating the site was overwhelming, and much of the content was redundant or difficult to access.

I explored the website holistically to understand how content was grouped, labeled, and accessed—from top-level pages to deep-linked resources.

  • Proposing clear, actionable steps to streamline content and improve wayfinding

By restructuring the navigation and reducing content overload, users will be able to access essential resources in fewer clicks—leading to better engagement and retention.

To Reflect

This project deepened my appreciation for content strategy. Even without wireframes or visuals, I learned how impactful information architecture can be in shaping a user’s experience.
